About Theresa Carson
It only seems natural to add this new chapter with ReMax Sunshine to my repertoire. I am a Florida resident and have spent the last 18 years in Southwest Florida on this beautiful Gulf Coast water with my native Florida husband.
We have settled into the Island lifestyle and spend a great deal of time on the best water in Southwest Florida! in Matlacha, just a short boatride to the turqoise waters of Boca Grande, Useppa, Captiva, Sanibel and Cayo Costa.
We are here to stay!
I intend to offer my 43 years of knowledge and experience in Real Estate to help others create their own Florida Lifestyle!
I began my career at the age of 21 selling land all over the state of Colorado.
At the age of 31, I built my first home as acting general contractor and went on to build two more Personal Residences
In 1998 I began working for RE/MAX. Having an extremely successful career selling residential properties, commercial properties, rural residential properties, land and business opportunities.
In 2006 I opened my own brokerage in conjunction with a construction company, working for local home builders, performing state and school jobs and also working with many private individuals.
These past years in Florida have been working side-by-side with my husband managing Carson Properties and Carson Real Estate. This includes: sales and leasing of commercial warehouses, cabins, ranches and residences in Florida and Colorado.
It is my hope and will be my pleasure to offer my vast years of expertise and professionalism to your advantage and to help you obtain your real estate goals.
